We were interviewed this summer by Candice Brokenshire, a Laguna Beach-based Professional Life and Business Coach and owner of Red Barn Coaching. Introduced through a friend of a client, it was at the Griddle in West Hollywood where we began our friendship.
I was really honored when Candice asked if she could interview me for her blog, The Red Barn Cooperative. How could I say no to Candice while dining over french press coffee, flapjacks dotted with rainbow sprinkles and chili with chocolate chips?
Here's a sample of the interview:
"... when you shop for something and bring it home, you assume the responsibility for the care, maintenance and storage of that item. You take the responsibility for putting (or not putting) something away in a cabinet or drawer when you’re finished using it. You can chose to have your space a mess or make tiny steps necessary to keep it somewhat tidy. If you shift your thinking and put value and responsibility into your choices and actions, you’re more bound to want to take care of your possessions and increase your chances of maintaining your space."
