It's hard to believe it's March here in Southern California.
Spring is coming, and so is that primal desire to clear out that American institution: the garage.
What's happening with your garage? Maybe it's time to finally get some organized garage envy. Here's a bit of inspiration to get you started:
Walt Disney arrived in Los Angeles around 1920, with $40 in his pocket and a dream in his head.
Every movie studio in town turned down his application for work as a live-action Director. Soon thereafter, he was able to turn his uncle Robert's garage (pictured, above) into a cartoon studio and the beginning of Disney's incredible journey began.
Originally located 4406 Kingswell Street in Los Feliz, the garage was relocated to the Garden Grove Historical Society Stanley Ranch Museum, 12174 Euclid Street, just 9 minutes from Disneyland.
