New businesses are jumping in, and cashing in on collecting pounds and pounds of dead consumer electronics. Many of the electronics contain lead, cadmium and mercury that are banned from city landfills so it's critical we dispose of this stuff in the proper manner. Turns out there's profit in your discarded computer monitors, personal computers, commercial electronics and electronics packaging.
