Do you have a difficult time keeping up with the daily demands of modern life? Ryan Seacrest, highly regarded as the hardest working man in show-business released a sample of his tightly-organized daily schedule in a magazine interview recently.
What does the daily Seacrest look like?
Ryan Seacrest Schedule:
-
04:00am - Alarm goes off, drives to E! Building radio station
-
05:00am - On the air 102.7 KISS-FM Los Angeles (for the next 5 hours)
-
10:01am - Voice-overs for stories that run on E! News
-
10:30am - Does the American Top 40 countdown
-
12:00pm - Eats lunch at desk
-

-
06:00pm - Regroup, go through everything he needs to know for the next day

Does this guy ever have any downtime? Time for creativity? Time for family? When does he get a haircut, does he call in sick? Maybe he has a highly effective virtual assistant?
This may be an example of an obsessively-tight schedule that doesn't allow for any surprises.
In the interview, Ryan said his father inspired him in a "strange" way. "When I was a kid, I remember thinking, "I never want to work as hard as that man." Seacrest's father was an attorney.
