As many of my friends, Clients and business associates know, I am Chair for the 2006 Los Angeles Organizing Awards, to be presented here in LA on January 30th.
It's really an honor to be surrounded with a great group of committee members who are pulling together to make the Gala a success. We've just sent off a Press Release with the Nominations. Those honored with a nomination include authors, trainers, retailers, broadcasters and individuals who define standards for home and business productivity.
Sample award categories and nominees include “Best Organizing Resource” (The Container Store, Staples—the Office Superstore), “Best National Organizing Show” (Clean House, Clean Sweep, Mission Organization and Neat”) to “Best Organizing Book” (authors include Feng Shui Guru Karen Kingston, Productivity Expert David Allen and Professional Organizer Julie Morgenstern.)
In addition, the 2006 Los Angeles Organizing Awards will also honor the individual achievements of LA’s hottest Organizing Experts as well as the Chapter’s participation in January’s GO-Month (or National “Get Organized Month”) activities.
