Does this guy ever have any downtime?  Time for creativity?  Time for family?  When does he get a haircut, does he call in sick? Maybe he has a highly effective virtual assistant?

This may be an example of an obsessively-tight schedule that doesn't allow for any surprises.

In the interview, Ryan said his father inspired him in a "strange" way.  "When I was a kid, I remember thinking, "I never want to work as hard as that man."  Seacrest's father was an attorney.

    John,
You know I am in LOVE with Ryan, and frankly I’d be willing to bet that although his schedule is grueling, he’s probably not too whiny, given his undoubtedly girnormous compensation.
    🙂

Very interesting – especially for folks who think the life of a celebrity is all glitz and glamor!

Just realized I didn’t answer your question!
My daily routine is more or less like this:
6 AM – Get up, check email, respond to urgent messages, get organized for the day
7:15 – Walk the dog, eat breakfast, call my dad, shower, etc.
9:00 – Work on client websites, newsletters, blogs
    12:00 – Lunch
12:30 – Check email, respond to non-urgent messages
1:00 – More client work, except Friday afternoons, when I usually work on my own blog
4:00 – Check and respond to email and social media posts
5:00 – Call it quits for the day, eat dinner and relax with my hubby

@Janet, great to hear how you shape your day. When I work outside of the office with clients, it’s tough to keep any kind of schedule. But I have billing to do and blogging, too. It’s tough to keep up. Last thing I want to do after a long day is work MORE! After 10 years in business I feel like I have earned the ability to put some of it aside for a few hours…
Again, thank you for the comments! Can’t wait to hear what others are going to say about their schedule!

My schedule varies because of my kids schedules but for the most part I am at the computer working 9- 1 pm. Then lunch. Then work until 3:00 when I pick up daughter & kids get home. Start making dinner off to programs (driving around all over the place). Back to computer by 8 pm until about 12 or 1 am.
Seems crazy sometimes but I love working late into the night. Easy to find me writing at 1, 2 or 3 am.
Mornings are a bit more schetchy…
