    I was wondering when someone would do that! Ours is mounted above the stove, so I figured if they can do that, they can surely mount it under the countertop just as easily. Much like warming drawers, it’s convenient and takes NO counter space. Excellent work, Sharp! ~Monica

    This seems like a really neat idea for a large kitchen. For me and my small kitchen,I really like being able to easily see what’s happening in the microwave. I love my GE SpaceSaver being above the stove. We used to have one lower in a kitchen utility cart…but now I can’t image not having it above the stove!

    I am thinking about getting a microwave drawer with our new kitchen remodel but I am afraid that it is so new-I have heard that there are concerns about the steam from them damaging counters, cupboards etc. Does anyone know about this? We have a small kitchen and I would also give up 2 drawers for it-not sure where the other items will go, but it is worth considering

    I’ve heard mixed reviews about this appliance…will it ruin the cabinetry above it? Why not just install a warming drawer instead? No risk of anything becoming damaged due to the heat generated inside of it.
