   Hi Dian,
   Thank you for your comment and your compliment about the name of our business!
   We are not sure where you are in your journey. Being in business is so much more than just delivering the service to your clients. It involves book keeping, marketing, sales, networking, liability insurance, tax issues and a lot of continuing education. You will want to do some homework in these areas if you have no business background.
   We have two routes for you. If you want one on one coaching we do offer that. For an hourly fee, I (John) will review where you are and provide some education, goal setting and feedback for your particular interests. Let us know if you are interested.
   If you are the beginning of your curiosity, we would suggest heading over to the NAPO website. (http://www.napo.net) They offer classes on the telephone that are geared for brand new, fresh out of the box organizers. Check those out, they’re very helpful and will be well worth the small investment.
   If you are in Los Angeles, NAPO Los Angeles offers in-person education as well. Check out their site at http://www.napola.org. Other NAPO Chapters (there are 35 of them) across the country offer similar classes and education depending on your interests. Most of the education we are suggesting does not require you to be a member of NAPO.
