The most organized, and the most recognizable house in television history is not for sale.
But the house next door is. Although mostly unrecognizable from the outside, the Brady home (pictured above in Studio City, Calif.) still retains it's 1970's Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley "character."
The house next door (upper right) built in 1973 and updated since, was put up for sale October 2007, with no bites.
KCBS-TV reported today the owner moved in three years ago and cannot fully make the mortgage payments on the $1.3 million house and now, she cannot sell it. Alexander Levitan of Paramount Rodeo Realty Encino has the listing.
Coincidently, Sherwood Schwartz, creator of the Brady Bunch, recently received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
So readers, do you think Jeff Lewis could flip this historic property with no problem?

It is always so much fun to see what celebrity you are going to talk about next. You are very clever and it is much fun.
Say, are you going to Reno for the conference of Organizers?
