In a move that probably didn't raise eyebrows in the Ad-world or Wall Street, Clear Channel Communications announced profits were down by 21% for the third quarter of 2005, according to Mark Mays, Clear Channel's president and chief executive.
But why are profits down and what does this have to do with organizing?
"Schedule a meeting with your cleaning service or person as soon as possible. Approach the subject in a subtle way since no one enjoys having his or her work criticized. You don't want them to jump on the defensive because then the conversation will go nowhere. Explain what your expectations are and why you don't feel they are being fulfilled. See if you get results after your meeting. If not, it is time to look for a new service."
