I just heard an interview on NPR with Paul English, the guy who created the cheat sheet to get through automated phone systems. Here's the link to hear the interview: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5024153

Hi Denise! Thank you so much for letting me know this. I really should be listening to npr more. When I am home and relaxing, I am currently enjoying radio off the internet. My favorite is a station in England.

But I digress: Paul English is such an unlikely guy to be put into this kind of spotlight. The success of his "list" is fun. And I tried it today while calling Nextel (big surprise, problem in LA about cel or mobile service.) It worked! Very nice, his tips made my day a little easier.
